Explaining luxury
Beyond the list of services, we assess what truly sets the experience apart: location and privacy, spaces, service, gastronomy, wellness, experiences and suitability for the trip. A generic adjective such as “exclusive” is not enough: we give three or four concrete reasons backed by verifiable information.
Official category and editorial selection
We report the verified classification without assigning stars of our own. Lodges or boutique hotels without a five-star rating are presented with their real type. We do not simulate stays or certifications.
Sources and updates
Every page states its sources, update date and the nature of any collaboration. Age limits, accessibility, seasonality and paid services are indicated when confirmed.
Independence
Properties are chosen for editorial interest, regardless of willingness to pay. Payment buys defined services, not opinions, stars or awards. Sponsored positions are always disclosed.
Images
We use images with proper authorisation or licence: a photograph being publicly available does not authorise its reuse.
